Some time ago, information appeared on the network about Netflix's plans to launch its own gaming service. And so, the company has taken the first steps in this direction.
Polish users of the largest online cinema began to see pop-up tips suggesting to try two games at once based on the Stranger Things TV series. Interestingly, both projects offer to download from the Google Play Store, reports 9to5Google.
Thus, so far there is no talk of a cloud service – users are still forced to download games to their smartphones and tablets.
But what's interesting is that Netflix is already demonstrating its planned business model. While the same Google Stadia requires customers to buy games separately, in addition to the subscription, Netflix offers access to titles for free – you just need to have active access to the service itself.
