These people at all levels of power make decisions, so they can just very much influence the situation, and in that including influence this deep-seated people under certain circumstances. They can cause resentment in this people. Some kind of head of the city, they are closer to this “backwoods”. Those people who fall under this discriminatory measure, if we are talking about officials and them similar, they make decisions, unlike the deep people.They can influence, because for them these discriminatory decisions are very painful, their children, their capital, their proxies, they are all in Europe, and in this way they can simply be “cut off” from all this wealth,” the oppositionist says.
Feigin stressed that these are mostly corrupt officials, people who are used to stealing and enjoying the product of theft. For them, it is very painful not to go to Paris, or not to drive around Europe.
“Of course, they can travel to Asia or African countries, but Europe is too close, and too much is connected with it. But the main problem is in Putin, not in the West, not in visa restrictions, it is in Putin. Max Feigin is sure that it is necessary to introduce a categorical ban on visas for Russian officials.
