TASS: the fire at the Amur gas processing plant was liquidated, no one was injured

The fire at the Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) was extinguished, no one was injured. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Russian enterprise.
They added that no one was injured as a result of the incident, there was no threat to the plant and settlements. The prosecutor's office is checking on the fact of the fire.
The explosion at the plant in the city of Svobodny took place on Wednesday, January 5, at 7 am. Local residents heard cotton and saw a fire through the windows on the territory of the plant. According to the press service of the plant, at the GPP there was “a local ignition of gas at one of the installations during commissioning under load.” The incident was also caught on video.
