Finland wants to use Polish experience to strengthen the border with Russia

Russia is attracting new groups of migrants to the border with Poland and Finland.

Finland sent its representatives to Poland to get acquainted with how the introduced border security system with Belarus works.

This was announced by the representative of the Border Service of the Republic of Poland Anna Michalska, informs Polish Radio .

She stated that representatives of Finland are interested in the experience of Poland, regulatory documents and cooperation with the army and other services, since they want to strengthen their border with the Russian Federation in a similar way, taking into account Finnish realities.

A representative of the Polish Border Service stated that Russia bears full responsibility for the crisis on the border with Finland and Poland. Russia is attracting new groups of migrants to the border with Poland and Finland.

“This week, two Polish border guards began serving on the Finnish-Russian border as part of Operation FRONTEX. Next week even more will go on an advisory mission,” adds Polish Radio.
