In the Kiev region, a man who brutally killed his own mother will appear before the court.
The incident took place in one of the villages near Vyshgorod. One of the days in July, another conflict arose between the relatives.
The mother was unhappy that her son did not work anywhere, abused alcohol and demanded money from her. After another remark, the drunken son attacked the woman and started hitting her in the head.
When the mother fell to the ground, he continued to kick her. The woman was already barely breathing, and then the would-be son grabbed a dumbbell lying in the yard. It was she who led to the death of the suspect's mother.
The forensic medical examination confirmed that she died as a result of numerous injuries.
Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 115 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
If the court proves the guilt of the man, he will face a sentence of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
