The fifth vaccine will be given with Sinovac, BioNTech and the Turkish Turkovac vaccine.

В Turkey was allowed to do the fifth booster vaccine against COVID-19 to a specific group of people.

The Daily Sabah writes about this with reference to the Turkish Ministry of Health.

People who have received two doses of the Chinese Sinovac vaccine and two doses of BioNTech vaccine at least three months ago will be able to receive the fifth vaccine. It will be administered with Sinovac, BioNTech and the Turkish vaccine Turkovac.

Turkovac is a Turkish inactive vaccine against COVID-19. On December 30, 2021, the drug received permission for emergency use in Turkey and became available to the population.

In Turkey, more than 83% of people over 18 years old received two doses of the coronavirus vaccine, 91.6% received one dose.

Recall that Japan has developed a one-time “lifetime” vaccine against the coronavirus.
