The man faces up to five years in prison.

In the Polish city of Jaworzno, a man was detained who stole a car with a drunken passenger, and a few days later he sold the car to a friend.

It is reported by Inpoland.

It is noted that the police received a message about the theft of a Fiat Punto car near one of the stores. The car was unlocked and the keys were in the ignition. This was used by a 37-year-old thief.

“The husband noticed a drunken man in the back seat. Waking up, the passenger was surprised and embarrassed by what was happening. He illegibly asked the criminal to blow him up. The attacker agreed to this request, and then drove on,” the police said.

A few days later, Polish law enforcement officers detained a 37-year-old man. CCTV footage helped in his arrest. As it turned out, the car also contained documents for the vehicle. The thief took advantage of this: a few days later he managed to sell the stolen car to a friend.

The police seized the stolen car and handed it over to the owner. The detainee faces up to five years in prison.
