According to the businessman, during the past riots, his establishment was seriously damaged. However, he is in no hurry to close the restaurant so far. Moreover, he plans to meet with friends there after the announcement of the election results.
But all his neighbors barricaded the windows and doors of their cafes and retail outlets.
“The feeling is terrible. In my opinion, Trump will win and people will come out to protest, ”Ghazaryan shared.
The businessman admitted that at the time of the conversation he had just returned from the polling station.
“There were almost no people. Many have sent their votes by mail due to the coronavirus. I had a newsletter that I took in advance. I was given a form that I filled out: I entered my name, surname, address and date of birth. They didn’t ask anything else, ”said Hayk.
Having voted, Gazaryan asked why no one asked him for his identity card. It turned out that it was not required in the California elections.
“That is, I can vote for my employees, parents, neighbors or for everyone about whom I know information,” the businessman was surprised.
President of the American University in Moscow Eduard Lozansky spoke about the situation in Washington.
“The people are gathering at the White House. Today the third echelon of the fence was installed there. My wife and I drove along the main streets, almost all shops, pharmacies and banks are nailed up. People are preparing for unpleasant events, ”the expert said.
According to Lozansky, today the United States should be relatively calm, since the vote count is not yet ready. However, the first protests may provoke preliminary results.
