Self-proclaimed “republic” Abkhazia, which even Belarus has not recognized, wants to join Putin's Union State.
The “authorities” of the temporarily occupied part of Georgia said they like the prospect of becoming part of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
This was stated by the self-proclaimed “president” Aslan Bzhaniya, Meduza writes.
Bzhaniya stated that the idea of the Union State is “close to the people of Abkhazia”.
“In the case such a prospect as the Union State, which will include Russia, Belarus and other states that would like to join this Union State, we would be happy to support this idea and be full participants in the Union State,” Bzhaniya said on the air of a propaganda TV channel.
Recall that Belarus destroyed the largest Polish military cemetery.
