The timing of the completion of training will depend on the individual skills of the pilots.

Training Ukrainian pilots on the F-16 in the USA, Arizona, may take 5-9 months.

US Department of Defense spokesman Pat Ryder said this with reference to expert assessments, a correspondent at the Pentagon reports.

“The timing of the completion of training will depend on the individual skills of the pilots,” the representative answered a reporter’s question.

It should be noted that already in November 2023, the F-16 aircraft that the Netherlands are transferring to Ukraine will arrive at the training center in Romania. As Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte stated, training courses for our pilots may begin in the near future.
