He recently found the footage he shot on September 11th.

About 23 years ago, two planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City in a tragic and infamous terrorist attack.

About 3 000 people died on September 11, 2001, and many more were injured.

Because much of the second plane crash was captured live on television, horrific footage of the events unfolding at the time has long been available. But it looks like there are more videos to share, as one man has released footage he captured that day more than 22 years ago, with many believing it shows the Twin Towers falling from a “never seen before” angle, LADbible reports.

Earlier this week, Kei Sugimoto posted his original footage on YouTube, taken on September 11, 2001, “from the rooftop of 64 St. Marks Place in New York City with a Sony VX2000 camera and teleconverter.”

His video has since gone viral on sites like X, with users saying it shows “new angles of the destruction.”

“The footage offers a unique perspective that is not visible from the south or “East,” one user said. “You're seeing these angles for the first time in history.”
