In the city of Shebekino, Belgorod region, explosions thundered on the afternoon of October 22, after which a fire broke out in one of the buildings. Local residents in a panic are trying to leave the city.This is reported by Russian Telegram channels.
The Russian authorities have traditionally accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine “of shelling civilian objects.” It is reported that there were allegedly injured and dead.
As a result of the emergency, notifications began to arrive on the phones of local residents with a call to go to shelters. People in a panic are trying to leave Shebekino, but the police have already closed the city for entry.

Recall that in Belgorod and the region already for a long time, all sorts of hardships occur. So, on October 19, a fire broke out in the city at an electrical substation, so part of the settlement was left without electricity.
On October 21, a “pop” occurred in Shebekino, after which half of the city was left without electricity. Locals reported “arrivals” near the oil depot.
At the same time, the head of the Wagner PMC, oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that his representative was building “defensive structures” and forming a “people's militia” in the Belgorod region .
