The explosions in Kharkov on September 15 thundered at about 15:30.
At that time, Russian troops struck the city, according to preliminary data, with a FAB-250 guided aerial bomb with a UMPK (planning and correction) module from a Su-34 aircraft.
The strike hit a 12-story residential building in the Nemyshlyansky district.
The enemy aerial munition hit between the ninth and tenth floors. The fire was extinguished at about 10:00 p.m. on September 15.
In addition to the 12-story building, 22 apartment buildings and two dozen cars were damaged by the shelling.

At about 9:30 p.m. on September 15, a dead person was released from under the rubble on the ninth floor of a building in the Nemyshlyansky district of Kharkov.
It was impossible to identify the body because it was almost completely burned down.
The identity was established only after DNA testing.
The results of the study showed that the deceased was a 94-year-old woman who was considered missing after the air bomb hit her house.
Another 43 people were injured. Four of them were children. These are three boys aged one, 12 and 13, and a four-year-old girl.
There are 12 adults and two children in hospitals.
A 12-year-old boy and a 70-year-old man are in serious condition.
A man and his dog were rescued from the 12th floor.
