Experts at the McKinsey consulting firm prepared a report in which they predicted the problems that telecommuting employees are at risk of.
This was reported in the edition of Business Insider. So, according to the published data, workers who were forced to switch to remote work due to the coronavirus pandemic may face a conflict with the management while returning from home to office conditions.
Surveys have shown that more than 50% of executives are in favor of employees doing their work from the office for about four to five days. At the same time, only 37% of respondents want to work in an office environment. Thus, after the return of workers from a remote location, they may have conflicts on this basis with the management.
