The cost of the iPhone 12 Pro has dropped to 81 thousand rubles. This is reported by the publication Hi-Tech Mail.ru.
According to the portal's catalog, the starting iPhone 12 Pro with a 128 gigabyte drive can be purchased in Russia for at least 81,240 rubles. “At the start of last year, the premium iPhone 12 Pro was difficult to buy due to the shortage, the company did not manage to release it in the required quantity,” the journalists noted.
The record cheap smartphone was estimated at the start of sales at 100 thousand rubles. At the same time, this price remained on the company's website even six months after the appearance of the model on sale. Experts attribute the reduction in price to the fact that the iPhone deficit has stopped and the devices have become available on the market in the required quantity.
Also, the message says that the compromise and the cheapest current iPhone also fell in price. The minimum cost of the iPhone 12 mini in the Russian market was 57,120 rubles. On the company's website and from official partners, a device with 64 gigabytes of internal memory is available for 70 thousand rubles.
The iPhone 12 Pro, released in October, received a 6.1-inch OLED display, an Apple A14 Bionic chip, six gigabytes of RAM, a triple camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels with a lidar.
On April 20, Apple held a spring presentation at which it introduced the iPhone 12 in a new color. IPhone 12 and 12 mini are now available in purple. More expensive phones of the series – iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max – remained in the same colors.
