Now there is information about how long the new rules will take effect. It turned out that the transition from scattered standards to one single standard will take up to two years, GizChina reports.
Separately, it is worth noting that the European Union does not focus exclusively on USB-C technology – if an analogue is invented that surpasses it in characteristics, the authorities will not interfere with its spread.
