The countries of the European Union (EU) have planned to impose sanctions against 27 Russians in the event of Moscow's aggression against Ukraine. This is reported by the Financial Times (FT), citing informed sources, TASS reports.
According to the publication, the proposal to expand the sanctions list in the event of a military escalation was made by the EU diplomatic service. At the same time, it is noted that Poland and a number of countries supporting it called for expanding the list even more and including 55 Russian citizens on it.
