The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that the Indian strain of coronavirus is of concern in the European Union and will certainly be the dominant strain of COVID-19 in the world.
India's Delta is more dangerous, but full vaccination with Moderna and AstraZeneca provides good protection against this strain, the head of the EC said at a briefing in Berlin.
“It's a matter of time when it becomes dominant,” stated von der Leyen.

Earlier, infectious disease specialists named the symptoms of the Indian strain of the coronavirus. So, diarrhea is often observed in those infected with the delta variant of coronavirus infection.
