A large-scale march “Georgia chooses the European Union” continues in Tbilisi.
Six days before the parliamentary elections in Georgia, thousands of people took part in the “Georgia chooses European Union”.
This was reported by “Echo of the Caucasus”.
It is noted that the opposition gathered in five locations: Republic Square, Heroes' Square, near the Marjanishvili and 300 Aragvi metro stations, at the intersection of Amagleba and Asatiani streets in the Mtatsminda district.
As SOVA writes, people came to the action with banners and flags of Georgia, the EU and Ukraine.
We recall that the EU may consider the issue of possibly canceling Georgia's status as a candidate country.
