Estonian Foreign Minister Liimets and US Secretary of State Blinken called on Russia to de-escalate in Ukraine

Tallinn and Washington have called on Russia to “immediately” de-escalate the ongoing crisis over Ukraine, according to a joint statement issued following a meeting between US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Estonian Foreign Minister Eva-Maria Liimets.
The heads of foreign affairs departments demanded steps from Moscow, including by withdrawing troops from the Ukrainian border to their places of permanent deployment. We are united in our support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and we remain committed to strengthening the state's resilience and deterrence capacity.
Earlier, the Ukrainian army received a Role 2 mobile field hospital from Estonia. It also became known that the country is ready to transfer dozens of Javelin missile systems to Ukraine in the near future.
According to Estonian intelligence, the Russian army may start a “full-scale operation against Ukraine” from the second half of February. Moscow has repeatedly said that it is not going to attack anyone.
