The published footage shows how happy Belarusian dictator officially presents the keys to the domestic tractor to the president of an African country. Judging by the photo, Mnangagwa really liked this gift from Lukashenka. It is interesting that a bow with the colors of the Belarusian flag was attached to the vehicle.
