Odessa patrolmen on the night of November 22 detained a 24-year-old Toyota driver who tried to escape from the police and rammed three parked cars.
On Shevchenko Avenue, the inspectors' attention was attracted by a car whose driver violated the traffic rules.
The driver did not react to the law enforcement's demand to stop the car, but on the contrary increased his speed and tried to escape.
On Marshal Govorov Street, fleeing from the police, the offender lost control and made an accident, hitting three parked cars, and tried to leave the scene.

Administrative protocols were drawn up on the Toyota driver under three articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses:
- Art. 122-2 (failure by drivers to stop requirements);
- Art. 124 (violation of traffic rules, resulting in damage to vehicles);
- Art. 130 (driving while intoxicated).
