The Russian occupation troops attacked the city of Chernihiv from the air at night. An enemy air strike hit a local high-rise building with a bomb.
According to the State Emergency Service, one person was previously killed and one injured, seven more residents were rescued, but the information is being specified.
During the day, 10 outbreaks of fire were recorded in Chernihiv, among them five fires arose as a result of shelling. According to preliminary data, three people died in the flames.
A group of pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service made three trips to the territory of Chernihiv to clear mines and neutralize unexploded ordnance.
Night shelling of Russia
On the night of March 12-13, in the Donetsk region, a passenger train was hit by debris during shelling. Railway transport was running to pick up residents of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions from hot spots where hostilities continue.
According to preliminary data, one of the conductors of the passenger train died, and another was injured and is in a medical facility.
