The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, said that he has a mental development disorder – Asperger's syndrome.
The entrepreneur admitted this when he played the role of the host of Saturday Night Live on NBC. Musk said he was honored to host such a program. He called his performance historical, since Elon became the first host of Saturday Night Live with Asperger's Syndrome, or at least the one to admit it.
Musk also noted that he does write ambiguous things on Twitter, but this is how his brain works.
Asperger's syndrome is a general developmental disorder in which a person experiences difficulties in social interaction and also has a limited and repetitive range of interests and activities. These people are often clumsy. In ICD-11, Asperger's syndrome is classified as an autism spectrum disorder.
