The Tesla founder sold three properties in Los Angeles just before Christmas.
Elon Musk announced last May that he is selling almost all of his physical possessions and will no longer own a house. The Tesla founder seems to be serious about his announcement. As the “Los Angeles Times” reports, Musk parted ways with 3 other houses in Los Angeles shortly before Christmas.

He is said to have received almost $ 41 million for the adjacent properties in the Bel-Air district, the newspaper writes. He received just under $ 30 million for the largest of the three buildings. $ 5 million more than he paid for it in 2016.
Musk had previously sold two houses. One changed hands in June for $ 29 million, and Musk received another in October for $ 7 million. In total, Musk allegedly owned real estate worth $ 100 million.
Move to Texas
In December, Musk turned his back on Los Angeles and moved to Texas. After Tesla shares soared last year, Musk is one of the richest people in the world. His fortune is now estimated at $ 167 billion.
