De-Putinization of Russia is necessary to end the war in Ukraine and restore security in the world.
This was announced on the evening of March 12 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba.
He stressed that unleashing a war in Ukraine was Putin's purposeful and prepared decision. That is why, in order to stop it, it would be enough for official Kiev to remove it from the de facto sole authorities in Russia.
“But the restoration of peace and security in the Euro-Atlantic space would also require not only the elimination of Putin, but also the de-Putinization of Russia. Putin is not only just a person, he is a system, and Russia must be de-Putinized,” he stressed.
US President Joe Biden announced a number of Putin's defeats in Ukraine the day before. At a press conference on March 11, he said that since the first day of the war, Putin has been watching the civilized world unite around Ukraine.
The Kremlin's plans to dominate Ukraine and split within the EU, Biden added, have also failed.
