The Chisinau drone
The World Cup qualifying game in Moldova was very curious for the ÖFB team. After a hymn mishap, there was also a speedster drone.
A small, white aircraft was buzzing around the Chisinau stadium, the target arrival time of 8:45 p.m. could not be adhered to.
The English referee could not whistle because of the drone. Again and again the gazes of the players went up, it took several minutes until the unwanted flight runabout whizzed off.
The safety for the players could not be guaranteed, so we continued to wait.
