As local residents told the Russian “SMI”, as a result of the emergency, the balcony of an apartment on the 5th floor was blown apart. Debris, window frames and window glass fell down. Before this, several loud explosions were heard, and a drone attack hazard was declared in the area.
All emergency services are currently working at the scene, the area has been cordoned off. There is no official information yet.
