“Doomsday Bunker”: Where the Richest People Will Hide If World War III Starts

A luxury shelter worth 300 million dollars for 625 people will open in 2026.

The American company SAFE presented a plan for the construction of a luxury shelter in case of the Apocalypse. The bunker will be built in the USA, near Washington. In the event of a global catastrophe, this underground fortress will house 625 people who will buy a place for themselves in advance at a cost of 20 million dollars.

DailyMail writes about this.

“The underground bunker, dubbed Aerie, will give customers a fighting chance to survive a disaster above ground, though it will cost them $20 million each. Despite the new shelter being located just outside the White House in Washington, project managers insist the location is a 'coincidence' and has nothing to do with global tensions and fears of a potential World War III,” the publication says.

The fortress is just one of a number of similar bunkers built for the super-rich in recent years. Kim Kardashian, Mark Zuckerberg and Tom Cruise have all admitted to building their own shelters or booking a place in one of the lavish bunkers.

In addition to memory foam mattresses and marble floors, Aerie will provide guests with an unrivaled array of amenities, including AI-powered medical care, countless “wellness programs,” and the perfect blend of “protection and luxury,” according to the project's creators.

The shelter will also feature several restaurants, an indoor pool, a bowling alley, and a climbing wall. The massive underground fortress will cost a whopping $300 million to build.

The bunker will pay special attention to medicine. The company will equip the shelter with MediShield medical centers equipped with artificial intelligence-based tools.

“The company's team of highly specialized medical workers will provide you with the same standards as the White House Medical Unit. State-of-the-art robotic services provide first-class medical care and emergency response regardless of location,” the shelter's advertisement says.

Since the shelter will be located deep underground, the walls and ceilings in the rooms will be interactive to create the illusion of a “beautiful view outside the window” to relieve psychological stress.

Project managers noted that places in the shelter will be available for purchase only by personal invitation. At the moment, the list of possible clients is still being discussed. After the first bunker in Virginia, the company plans to build several more shelters in other states.

Although it will take several years to complete construction, a tour of the shelter will take place in 2026, when potential customers will be able to visit it and decide whether it is worth spending money on.

Recall that Newton's notes contained a prediction of the date of the end of the world. Many people who currently live on the planet may witness it.
