In October, Zelensky presented Trump with the Ukraine Victory Plan. Trump did not give any specific answers, but said that the plan looked interesting.

In particular, Trump was interested in the points on access of Western partners to Ukraine's natural resources and the replacement of some American troops stationed in Europe with Ukrainian troops after the war.
According to the publication, business leaders in Ukraine are also discussing with the Ukrainian government the possibility of granting Trump “investment screening” powers – this will allow him to choose who can do business in Ukraine.
A person, involved in developing this idea, described it as ABC – Anybody But China. According to her, Ukrainian industries dependent on Chinese technology and materials, in particular telecommunications, could change them to American suppliers and attract more Western investment.
