US President Donald Trump still intends to quickly end the war in Ukraine and hopes to conclude a peace agreement, which he spoke about earlier.

Hegseth said he hopes for a speedy peace agreement in Ukraine, which Trump has committed to, and “to review, enforce, position and encourage what we will see tomorrow in Ukraine and during the meeting of the Ukrainian Contact Group and at the NATO ministerial meeting.”
“We will talk frankly with our friends,” said Pete Hegseth.
According to Pete Hegseth, the United States is observing, planning and setting priorities.
“America is observing, planning and setting priorities with intelligence. We achieve peace through strength,” added Pete Hegseth.
Recall that the new head of the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth, also gave a categorical answer regarding the sending of American troops to Ukraine.
