The British Prime Minister explained that the words of the head of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain Grant Shepps, who said that his country wants to send its military instructors to Ukraine, were misunderstood.
“I think that “This has been misrepresented. What the Defense Secretary has said is that it is quite possible that one day in the future we will be doing some of this training in Ukraine. But that is something that is about the long term, not here and now there are no British soldiers who will be sent to fight in the current “conflict,” Sunak said.
He stressed that the training program for the Ukrainian military is taking place in Britain and is not planned in Ukraine.
Recall that The Telegraph reported that that during an interview, the head of the British Ministry of Defense, Grant Shepps, said that his country wants to send its military instructors to Ukraine.
