In the Zaporozhye region, a man was detained who, for hooligan reasons, disrupted a meeting of the executive committee of the city council. He poured a bottle of beer over the deputy chairman and his workplace.
The incident occurred on the morning of February 2 in the city of Gulyai-Pole. The actions of a drunk 49-year-old man were recorded by cameras installed in the office where the meeting of the executive committee was held.
Using obscene language, he poured beer not only on the deputy, but also on office equipment and documents. As a result of such an attack, the meeting of the executive committee was disrupted: it is not reported what issues were resolved at the meeting.
The police quickly found and detained the suspect: he turned out to be a previously convicted local resident. He was serving a sentence for unauthorized departure from a military unit.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under part 1 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) The Criminal Code of Ukraine. A 49-year-old man has already received a notice of suspicion. For what he has done, he may face up to 5 years of probation.
