In Transcarpathia, a 49-year-old man appeared before the court, who strangled and mutilated the face of his concubine. He will spend the next 13 years in prison.
The court found the man guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of Article 115 (Premeditated murder) The Criminal Code of Ukraine. He never admitted his guilt in the death of his beloved, although he had previously served a 12-year sentence in prison for a similar crime.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on September 14 in Vinogradov. That evening there was a conflict between the roommates.
Being in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication, the man did not want to calmly solve the problem, so he attacked the woman with his fists. She continued to resist, so the would-be roommate strangled her and left her body on the floor.
Since the announcement of suspicion, the 49-year-old man has been in jail. The pre-trial investigation was completed in early December, and the investigators gathered enough evidence of the guilt of the would-be roommate.
