The judges decided that the visual campaign contained a clearly expressed negative attitude towards the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Russian activist Anna Krechatova 50 thousand rubles under the new article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (discrediting the Russian army). The basis for the accusation was a single picket with a poster “Fascism will not pass”.

A Russian woman went to a protest on Pushkinskaya Square in Moscow – a popular site of anti-war rallies in the Russian capital. The poster in her hands, according to the judges, attracted the attention of an unlimited circle of people, as well as the media and bloggers.
Recall that on March 6, mass rallies against the war in Ukraine were held in the cities of the Russian Federation. People took to the streets of big cities to stop the hostilities and resist the Putin regime.
