The White House said that Biden and Macron discussed the meeting of the President of France with Putin

The White House revealed the topic of a telephone conversation between US President Joe Biden and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron. They discussed the meeting between the French leader and Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is stated in a message released by the press service of the White House.
“The leaders discussed the recent meetings of President Macron in Russia and Ukraine,” the press service said.
On February 8, Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held talks at the Mariinsky Palace in Kiev. Following the meeting, the French leader said that the head of Ukraine had expressed readiness to implement the Minsk agreements.
A day earlier, Macron held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow – they lasted five hours. Later, the French leader said that he had achieved the main goal of his trip – he took a promise from his Russian colleague not to provoke a further escalation of the crisis in Ukraine.
