Smartphone manufacturer Nokia will enter the gaming market. This is reported by the Nokiapoweruser edition.

The message mentions the Nokia G10 smartphone, which will likely target video game fans. According to insiders, with its release, HMD Global will open a new series of devices for gamers, which is hinted at by the name of the device (G – gaming).

Judging by the disclosed information, the phone will receive a 6.4-inch screen and an eight-core processor. The main camera will have four lenses and a 48-megapixel master sensor. “As we were informed, in terms of characteristics it will be very similar to Nokia 5.4,” noted the authors. The journalists recalled that the 5.4 model presented in December 2020 received a Snapdragon 662 chip, a four-sensor camera, and a 4000 milliampere-hour battery.

Also, experts believe that the company can present several devices of the series at once. Insiders have found a mention of new smartphones in the database of the regulator in Thailand – where, among other things, the device will debut – under the codenames TA-1334, TA-1351, TA-1338 and TA-1346. The exact release date of the devices has not been disclosed.

Earlier, representatives of one of the competitors of HMD Global in the smartphone market – Redmi – said that in 2021 the company will focus on the production of phones for gamers. “We are ready to give esports fans a gaming experience at a price that cannot be refused,” the top manager of the company Lu Weibing hinted at the cheapness of the future gadget.
