John Riley
American actor John Riley died at the age of 84. Reported by the New York Post.
The cause of death was not specified.
Riley is best known in the US for General Hospital, one of the longest running American soap operas. The artist played on TV shows from 1984 to 1995, also appearing in episodes in 2008 and 2013. It is noted that due to the popularity of John Riley, American artist with a similar name John Christopher Riley (“Chicago”, “Gangs of New York”) asked the directors to indicate him in the credits as John C. Riley in order to avoid confusion.
John Riley has also appeared on Beverly Hills 90210, Chinese Policeman, Passion, Who's the Boss ?, Dynasty, Mortal Kombat: Conquest and Melrose Place.
