A racism scandal overshadows the last Olympic test of the German national team against Honduras. The DFB team left the pitch.

In the game against Honduras, the German team player Jordan Torunarigha was racially insulted with a score of 1: 1 five minutes before the end of the game. The team then left the pitch as one, as the DFB youngsters announced via Twitter.

The last game before the start of the Olympic football tournament took place on Saturday in camera. As “Spox” reports, the insulting words are said to have come from an opponent.

For Hertha professional Torunarigha it is not the first racist hostility. In the cup game against Schalke 04, the German junior team player was racially insulted from the stands in 2020. Out of frustration, he had thrown a box with water bottles on the floor and saw the yellow-red card for it. The Schalke were then sentenced to a fine of 50,000 euros. Torunarigha had filed charges against unknown persons.
