The shooting in Berlin's Kreuzberg district had nothing to do with the nearby headquarters of the ruling German Social Democratic Party (SPD). The details of what happened were reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the police.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, the shooting could have occurred because of a quarrel.
Earlier on Saturday, December 26, unknown persons opened fire on a street in the Kreuzberg district. As a result, four people were injured.
