According to the publication, it all started with the arrest of the first Moldovan couple ten days ago. They were caught at night while they were painting blue stars of David on the facades of buildings. The police claim that they did this on the order of a Russian, for little money.
The prosecutor's office quickly closed the case. The couple was placed in a temporary detention center. During the arrest, the man repeated that he took orders in Russia.
“The case went undetected until last week, when more than 200 similar stencils were discovered in the south of Paris, in Hauts-de-Seine and Seine-Saint-Denis. According to our information, investigators subsequently identified another pair, which are visible on cameras video surveillance. These new suspects quickly left France,” the report said.
Law enforcement officers themselves see a direct connection between the two cases.
