Demining “Jean Jaures”: 153 ammunition was found on a sunken ship in Crimea
Demining of the motor ship “Jean Zhores” is carried out in the Crimea by the specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. It sank in the waters of the Feodosiya Bay during the Great Patriotic War, MIR 24 reports.
Another 153 explosive objects were found at the site. Air bombs, artillery shells, hand grenades – this formidable legacy of the war remained on the seabed for many years.
