The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand told what the coming summer will be like. According to the expert, an unprecedented heat is not expected, but there will be no torrential rains either.
“The temperature will be around and above normal. As for precipitation, their amount will not be excessive, even a small deficit is possible, ”he told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
At the same time, this forecast cannot be called accurate, said the representative of the Hydrometeorological Center.
“The accuracy of long-term forecasts is significantly inferior to short-term ones. Detailed weather forecasting is possible for up to seven days, because the atmosphere is chaotic and unpredictable, ”the specialist explained.
