Dead Souls voted in the US presidential elections in New York. This is reported by TASS with reference to the American media.
The Election Council received an early ballot for a female voter born in 1915 who lived in the Staten Island area and died in 2012. Also processed was the newsletter of a woman who was born in 1919 and lived in Brooklyn. It is noted that initially both ballots were valid.
Staten Island GOP officials said they have requested the NYPD and district attorney to investigate the incidents.
Earlier it was reported that the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating an attempt to damage the presidential elections with the help of telephone and SMS robots. There are tens of millions of automatic calls to “stay at home”. Most often it was about a call from an unknown number with a generated female voice.
