Curfew in Kiev in 2024: how long does it last
In March 2022, a curfew was introduced in Kiev in order to ensure the necessary security measures.
At first, the curfew began at 23.00 and lasted until 05:00. Then its duration was shortened, as people did not have time to get home on time (the corresponding petition was registered on the Kyiv City Council website).

When is the curfew in Kyiv in 2024
In 2024, the curfew in Kyiv starts at 00:00 and lasts until 05:00 in the morning.
In the Kyiv region, it is also prohibited to be outside from 00:00 to 05:00.
We remind you that during the curfew, being on the street and in other public places is prohibited — . It is also not allowed to move around the city on foot or by transport without the appropriate permission.
You can only go outside to get to the nearest shelter in the event of an air raid alarm.
If a person is on the street at a prohibited time, the police have the right to detain the person to establish the reason for the violation and check that he has documents.
Currently in Ukraine, violating the curfew is punishable by a fine of 170 to 510 UAH.
Violators may also be subject to correctional labor or administrative arrest for 15 days.
Police officers and representatives of the commandant patrol can issue fines.
