It looks like the covid has been defeated. Russian scientists have invented a radical method of completely ridding humanity of the infection – the TOP apparatus.
At least the Samara State Medical University (SamSMU) signed an official document testifying: “Under the influence of the TOP apparatus, the proportion of patients with a negative PCR test result on the 5th day was 87%, and on the 14th day – 98.7%” …
TOP is registered and approved for use by Rospotrebnadzor. Moreover, on October 4, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Vasily Shpak happily announced a superinvention.
– The device has no analogues in the world, – said Shpak. – Within 15 minutes of work, it provides a person with protection from coronavirus infection for a day.
And soon the times are coming when the TOP will be everywhere (I quote the advertising site of the device): “In hospitals, airports, concert halls, on construction sites …”
TOP, according to its creators, is a panacea!
It disinfects and heals everything around on the territory of 10 thousand square meters and stands against the backdrop of a terrible epidemic of a penny. Its developer, Concern Granit, which specializes in communication systems, asks for only 3.6 million rubles. A piece.
But a strange thing – the Russian Academy of Sciences met the TOP with hostility. Moreover, the academicians sent their negative opinion not only to Rospatent, but also to the Security Council (hinting that the TOP is another charlatan trick).
ACHINA OR DISCOVERY?
The Ministry of Health, they say in scientific circles, also resisted as much as it could, but in the end gave up. The device has been certified by the Eurasian Economic Union.
Despite the protests of scientists, the TOP turned on the green light.
And let the story strongly resemble a typical prokindiad (I remember the inventor Petrik, who, with the help of high-ranking friends, tried to install his own nanofilter for water purification in every Russian house, or the guys from Bingsty, who robbed many water utilities of the country with the help of a miraculous elixir from potato tops), let's figure it out.
The TOP apparatus, according to the description of the creators, operates as follows.
Viruses, according to “Concern Granit”, are capable of emitting … electromagnetic waves. The inventors, I quote, “managed to isolate and transform the electromagnetic spectrum of the COVID-19 pathogen.” That is, scientists (or whoever it was) managed not only to receive a signal from the covid, to decipher it, but also to send a response to the virus.
TOP – a simple metal box the size of a microwave oven, with two lights “Work” and “Ventilation” – creates an electromagnetic field that interferes with the work of the covid. From what the virus withers and stops multiplying.
As a result, everyone is healthy. For some 3,600,000 rubles.
Here, however, questions arise: why is electromagnetic contact with a virus worthy of the Nobel Prize not mentioned in world scientific journals and where are the results of clinical trials published in them?
The result is a discrepancy that is classic for Russian science. On the one hand, the approval of Roszdravnadzor. On the other hand, scientists are convinced that scammers are fooling their heads again.
– Sounds like complete nonsense. People just know some clever words, but they do not even try to compose them in a comprehended order, ”said Gray Boltachev, a leading researcher at the Institute of Electrophysics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
Physicist at Perm State University Boris Ikhlov, whose laboratory is engaged in radiobiology, said that “the pathogen is inactive in terms of electromagnetic radiation, it is impossible to interfere with it.”
And the chairman of the RAS Commission for the Fight against Pseudoscience, Academician Yevgeny Aleksandrov, in a letter to the Minister of Health, said:
“As a professor of physics, a specialist in the field of radiospectroscopy (including the State Prize-2021), I responsibly declare that there is no characteristic radiation of the virus, the suppression of which could serve as a“ wave antidote ”. Fantasies of this kind have been widely used over the past 30 years in various packaging (“wave genome”, “bioresonance therapy”, etc.) by all kinds of fraudsters advertising miraculous pseudo-therapeutic equipment. “
HOW THE TORUS TURNED
It's funny, but a year ago, TOP was an ordinary air disinfectant and had a “non-therapeutic purpose.” Equipped with a microwave source, it was, in fact, a microwave oven, into which for some reason a fan was inserted.
It is made in Ryazan at the Concern Granit enterprise, which specializes in the production of hand-held radio stations for the Emergencies Ministry. It is interesting that even before the device was recognized as a medical device, the concern was selling it to state institutions for 3 million rubles apiece! Three million for “cleaning air and surfaces with weak electromagnetic radiation.”
“Granite” is an unusual company in general. For example, in this “concern”, judging by the reporting, … 6 people work.
This beautiful business was run by the owner of “Concern Granit” Elena Bondarchuk, who made her billion-dollar fortune in the construction of warehouses.
How the air disinfectant suddenly turned into the Savior of Mankind is unknown. But even if it was only a move by marketers, why did the whole deputy minister Shpak become the master of ceremonies at the presentation of the TOP?
Yes, and Bondarchuk herself, it seems, piously believed in the power of her “disinfectant”.
“Like any protein entity, the coronavirus has its own wave,” she explained to reporters. – We decoded it, sent it to the virus … In fact, we make it noisy, it is not able to reproduce, and the immune system copes calmly. Two to five days is enough [to be cured]. “
Considering that the father of TOR “Concern Granit” and one of the subsidiaries of Roscongress (the organizer of major state events) established the company “RK-Technologies” to trade in medical equipment, there will be no problems with the implementation of the “panacea”.
The TOP, due to the new rescue functions assigned to it, is likely to jump again in price. But here, it seems, businessmen and officials may have such a tacit logic: well, Russian enterprises will throw in 3-4 million. Well, they will write off from the budget for the “fight against covid”. For the first time, eh?

UNCONVENIENT QUESTIONS
Of course, I could not help but ask the questions that arose between me and the scientists to the creators of the TOP – “Concern Granit”. And here are the answers I received.
1. The Academy of Sciences (at least part of it – the commission on pseudoscience) believes that TOP does not affect the virus. And his tests are insufficient. How do you comment on this?
Answer: We understand the nature of such concerns and share an approach that requires evidence in medicine. It was by following this approach that we carried out all the necessary technical safety assessments of the TOR apparatus from June to September 2020, inclusively, at VNIIIMT of Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation. The examination was carried out by independent specialists, all the technical parameters of the device were measured with a study of its effect on the human body. All identified parameters were established by experts as safe.
Clinical studies of high representativeness (236 participants) were carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements under the supervision of Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation on the basis of approved documentation in a reputable medical institution – Samara State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The studies were carried out as blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, as appropriate.
The conclusions of the Samara State Medical University were thoroughly checked by the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of the Russian Federation, including during the on-site inspection with the analysis of primary documentation in Samara. As a result, Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation confirmed the safety and effectiveness of the “TOP” device, including in a hospital environment, it was proved and recorded: the effect of the TOP device leads to an acceleration of the death of the pathogen COVID-19.
2. Why is there no scientific justification for the way the TOP works and there are no scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals on the principle of this work?
Answer: Part of the principle of operation of the apparatus “TOP” is described in the international natural science journal Polymers, which has been assigned a Q1 rating according to the JCR version. In the articles published on April 29 and August 7, 2021, the scientists of “Granit” together with scientists from the A. M. Prokhorov General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Moscow State Technical University named after M.V. NE Bauman analyzed the effect of weak electromagnetic pulses on ionic solutions, which include human blood and lymph.
The analysis and mechanisms of action of amino acids on the cell membrane are presented, thus, in these scientific articles, the mechanism of action of the electromagnetic field on the permeability of the cell membrane for the pathogen is described.
3. With what do you associate such a reaction of the scientific community?
Answer: We do not evaluate the reaction apart from the analysis of practical results.
For publications in Polymers – yes, the interest is really very high. There are a significant number of leading scientists who understand the principle of operation of the “TOP” apparatus and share the opinion that it can become an effective tool in the common efforts to combat COVID-19.
“We need different tools. Thanks to the efforts of Granit, it turned out that this tool is effective for combating covid, it allows, on the one hand, to reduce the likelihood of contracting this disease, and if a person is sick, it very significantly reduces the problems that arise in this case. The person gets sick more easily and gets better faster. In many cases, there is a good chance that a person will not get COVID-19 at all. And, in my opinion, this is very important, ”says Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Head of the Department of Mathematical Modeling of Nonlinear Processes at the Institute of Applied Mathematics named after V.I. MV Keldysh RAS Georgy Malinetskiy.
4. Where was the device tested, except for the Samara Medical University?
Answer: The TOR apparatus was successfully used in pavilions 5 and 7 of Lenexpo (Hospital for War Veterans, St. Petersburg), in the main infectious diseases hospital in Vladivostok. Already from the first week of its use, there was a positive dynamics of patients' discharge. In different periods, it ranged from 24 to 42%.
On the basis of technical tests of VNIIIMT of Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation, clinical trials at the Samara State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Roszdravnadzor of the Russian Federation issued a registration certificate for a medical device for the device “TOP” on September 23, 2021. The effectiveness of the “TOP” apparatus as an aid to accelerate the death of SARS-CoV-2 has been officially established and documented. The developer did not receive any funding from the state. This is a completely domestic development, independent of imports, which has no analogues in the world, made by Concern Granit JSC.
Our task was to create an additional safe and effective protection tool. As a finished product of serial production, the “TOP” device is available for purchase and rent right now. If there is demand, we will increase production. The development was carried out primarily to protect their own families and teams. We are satisfied with the results. Own statistics on the use of the TOP apparatus in Concern Granit JSC and affiliated companies showed us the following figures: the total number of employees is 1169 people, the number of COVID-19 cases is less than 6%.
Similar statistics were noted in those companies and institutions that used the TOP devices: less than 5 to 10% of the total number fell ill with COVID-19, we are talking about more than 10 thousand people. We have not identified any negative consequences of using the device.

Nevertheless, in the cities where the device was tested, the TOP is treated, to put it mildly, with restraint. We followed this chain and this is what we heard.
St. Petersburg: “The devices are no longer used”
In St. Petersburg, they shy away from talking about the TOP apparatus, as if from an infection. When the pandemic caught everyone by surprise, doctors and experts were looking for any means that could help fight the new virus. And for any chance to defeat the infection, they grabbed like a saving straw. Apparently, that's why the city bought TOPs – in the hope: what if? But the miracle did not happen. After that, it became somehow indecent to talk about the purchase of “miracle devices”.
The Hospital for War Veterans, which oversees the treatment of covid at Lenexpo, does not comment on the purchase of TOPs. Unofficially, they say that the purchase was fully agreed with the Health Committee.
– We do not research the effectiveness of equipment. This is not in our competence, – say KP sources in the hospital. – Therefore, we cannot talk about the efficiency of the equipment. We are doctors, and what they gave us is what we use. Then these devices were removed from us. And if it was decided to remove them, why do you think?
The St. Petersburg Health Committee itself limited itself to a dry comment: “Now these devices are not used in public medical institutions of the city.”
Sources of “KP” clarify that the devices were really tested at “Lenexpo”. But they could not confirm that they are helping in the fight against covid.
“They were rejected because we didn’t get any proof of effectiveness,” explained the source of “KP”.
And now the authorities of St. Petersburg have decided not to get involved with the TOPs anymore. One experiment was enough.
Samara: “An aid”
And here is the comment “Komsomolskaya Pravda” received at the Samara State Medical University (SamSMU).
“On the basis of the clinics of our medical university, from December 29, 2020 to August 12, 2021, a study was carried out of the safety and efficacy of the medical device” Device for non-invasive electromagnetic therapy TOP “, – Oleg Fatenkov, the head of the department of SamSMU, told kp.ru. “This was done in conjunction with standard COVID-19 treatments. The stated purpose of the device is to accelerate the elimination of the virus from the nasopharynx of patients diagnosed with coronavirus.
Some positive outcomes have indeed been observed.
– But you can't say that the device cures coronavirus, this is a fundamentally wrong wording, and we never talked about it! – Oleg Fatenkov emphasized. – All three groups (subject, placebo group and control) throughout the study received standard anti-coronavirus therapy – from oxygen to a full set of medications. So it was this therapy, not the TOP, that provided the recovery. We used this apparatus only as an aid. So doctors use physiotherapy – for example, inhalation or UHF. Through testing, we have determined that this machine is safe when used as directed and effective, but only as an adjunct in combination with standard COVID-19 treatments.
