MOSCOW, October 21. / TASS /. Cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Peter Dubrov, who are currently on board the International Space Station (ISS), will work on National Unity Day according to the standard schedule. This was reported to TASS in the press service of Roscosmos on Wednesday.
“The cosmonauts on the ISS will not have extra days off. They will work on November 4 and 5. The days off are November 6 and 7,” the state corporation noted.
Earlier, the press service of Rostrud told TASS that in connection with the celebration of the Day of National Unity, Russians will have a long weekend – from 4 to 7 November.
Now there are seven crew members on board the ISS: Roscosmos cosmonauts Shkaplerov and Dubrov, NASA astronauts Mark Vande Hai, Shane Kimbrow and Megan MacArthur, ESA astronaut Tom Peske, and JAXA astronaut Akihiko Hoshide.
