A group of experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) that is studying the origin of the coronavirus COVID-19 visited the Wuhan Institute of Virology on Wednesday, Chinese media reported. The experts began work on January 28 after having departed a two-week quarantine, which is mandatory for all visitors to China.

Mexico's medical regulator, the Federal Commission for the Protection of Sanitary Risks (Coferpis), has approved the Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V for emergency use, said Deputy Minister of Health Hugo Lopez-Gatel.

Ukraine has a clear phased plan for vaccination of the population against coronavirus, vaccination will begin in February, the country received the first 117 thousand doses of BioNTech / Pfizer vaccine, Chief Sanitary Doctor Viktor Lyashko said. Vaccinations will begin with physicians working directly with COVID-19 patients.
