The Chinese customs authorities have found coronavirus on samples of products imported from Russia and their outer packaging. RIA Novosti reports.
The Chinese authorities suspended the acceptance of import declarations of two ships with Russian cargo for four weeks in connection with receiving positive tests for the virus. It is noted that the ships were supposed to deliver fishery products to China.
Earlier it was reported that in the Chinese city of Changchun, the coronavirus was found on a package of frozen seafood imported from Russia. The local Center for Disease Control and Prevention reportedly confirmed the preliminary result for infection. The authorities tracked down everyone who came into contact with the packaging and placed them under medical supervision.
