The head of the DPRK has long supported the Kremlin's actions against Ukraine.

Russia and North Korea signed a mutual agreement providing for the exchange of military aid. This could lead to North Korea sending workers or even soldiers to fight in the war against Ukraine.

Former CIA analyst on North Korea Sue Mee Terry told Channel 24 about this.

North Korea has already sent more than 11,000 containers of ammunition, artillery shells and other military equipment to Russia. But now the conclusion of a defense pact could become the basis for sending workers or perhaps even soldiers across North Korea to fight in the war in Ukraine.

“In addition to all the military equipment, artillery shells and missiles, they can send people to fight in Ukraine. So this is a very alarming development,” she suggested.

Earlier, information appeared that North Korea would be sending “repair and restoration” units to restore enemy positions or destroyed settlements in the Luhansk region. The MP explained what they could do there.
